There are also our high-tech self-checkout counters and order terminals in the restaurants, and much more.

There's news from Sashimi Sushi!

We are delighted to announce that our subsidiary, Sushi Supply, is expanding. This means you'll find Sushi Supply by Sashimi Sushi even more frequently, possibly even in your vicinity. If that's not good news, we don't know what is. We are certainly very excited and can hardly contain our joy! Why not come visit us and share in our excitement!

Small but mighty! We've opened a compact Sushi Store in the Jungfernstieg train station, exclusively for takeaway. Here, you can quickly grab our excellent products to go. This fits perfectly with Hamburg's most beautiful promenade! Starting at just €2.90, you can score some truly healthy bargains here!

In the spring, we'll also be opening another restaurant at the Wandsbek train station. This is where we can fill an important gap in healthy eating options.
